Urban League’s Capital Readiness Program helps minority, women, and underserved entrepreneurs build capacity, connect to mentors and investors, and access capital to grow stronger, scalable businesses.

Who Can Apply

Applications are open to businesses that:

  • Are owned by minority, women, or underserved entrepreneurs seeking to enhance their capacity and access capital.
  • Are located in Missouri.
  • Have been operational for at least one year.
